Before founding his practice, Jordan Richards served as a prosecutor with the State Attorney’s Office for the 17th Judicial Circuit, handling hundreds of criminal and juvenile cases and trying numerous matters to verdict. A graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, he now concentrates on employment disputes, with emphasis on collective and class action litigation involving unpaid overtime, minimum wage violations, tip pool abuses, and worker misclassification. He is admitted in Florida, New York, and Illinois, numerous federal courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
