Why Join USA Employment Lawyers

A national docket

Our attorneys are admitted in multiple states and federal courts. We represent workers in Florida, New York, Texas, Illinois, Colorado and other states, and we file several new class and collective actions every month. The firm has represented thousands of workers and recovered millions of dollars in unpaid wages.

Results that matter

Recent outcomes include a $9 million class action settlement against a restaurant chain, a $500,000 tip-sharing settlement for Florida valet workers, and a $475,000 collective action for restaurant and bar employees. Behind every number are cooks, servers, drivers and other workers who finally got paid what they earned.

How we practice

We build every case strategy first, with thorough investigation and close client communication. Each client works directly with an attorney who knows the file inside and out. Our attorneys are trusted with real responsibility, and their work goes straight to resolving cases instead of sitting in layers of review.

Room to grow

We are a growing firm, and the people who join now will help shape where it goes. If you want your legal skills to put money back in workers’ pockets, this is the place to do it.
