A class action lawsuit between snack giant Mondelez Global LLC and its sales representatives was recently settled in a confidential deal. The employees of the snack company, represented by Attorneys Jordan Richards and Melissa Scott of USA Employment Lawyers - Jordan Richards, PLLC and Eggnatx Pascucci PA, claimed that they were not paid overtime for administrative work performed at home and on the weekends, resulting in a violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
