Ahava Livingstone, Esq.

Ahava Livingstone is an associate attorney at USA Employment Lawyers, where she is dedicated to advancing and protecting workers’ rights across the country. Her practice focuses on wage-and-hour and employment litigation, including collective and class actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act and corresponding state laws. She represents employees in matters involving unpaid overtime, minimum-wage violations, and improper tip practices.

Ahava is admitted to practice in Florida and has assisted on cases in federal district courts in Illinois, New York, Texas, Nebraska, Tennessee, and Alabama.  Her background and prior experience are rooted in employment law, with work involving discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower claims, wage-and-hour disputes, and personal injury matters.

Ahava earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she developed a strong foundation in labor and employment law. She brings a client-centered, detail-oriented approach to her work, driven by her passion for fairness in the workplace and achieving meaningful results for her clients.
